CIP and SIP piping for Qatar process facilities

Effective cleaning depends on velocity, coverage, temperature, chemistry, time and a piping layout that fully drains without protected contamination points.

CIP circuit coordination

We coordinate supply and return headers, tank connections, valve matrices, spray devices, instrumentation and drain points against the process design and cleaning sequence.

Drainability and dead legs

Routes, slopes, branch geometry and valve orientation are reviewed to reduce product hold-up. Fabrication and installation tolerances are documented for commissioning.

Handover evidence

Turnover packages can include material certificates, weld maps, boroscopy, passivation records, pressure tests and surface-finish documentation for client QA review.

What is CIP?+
Clean-in-place circulates controlled cleaning solutions through process equipment and piping without routine dismantling.
Do all facilities require SIP?+
No. Steam-in-place is used where the process and validation strategy require thermal sanitisation or sterilisation. The design must match the client’s process specification.
