Capabilities

Every weld, finish and certificate — under one accountable roof.

We control the full hygienic piping lifecycle, from direct-mill material sourcing to certified installation and audit-ready handover, so purity and traceability are never left to a subcontractor chain.

Orbital TIG Welding

Automated orbital welding produces uniform, repeatable joints with 100% back purging — eliminating oxidation and crevices where bacteria could harbour.

  • 100% inert-gas back purge on hygienic welds
  • 6G welders qualified to ASME Section IX
  • Weld mapping & boroscopic inspection

Sanitary Process Line Installation

Complete hygienic process line erection built for full drainability and clean-in-place operation, engineered to 3-A, EHEDG and FDA guidance.

  • CIP / SIP circuit design & erection
  • Self-draining slopes & dead-leg elimination
  • Utility & product distribution networks

In-House Fabrication

Prefabricated spools, skids and manifolds assembled in controlled shop conditions — tighter tolerances, cleaner welds and faster, lower-risk site handover.

  • Spool & skid prefabrication
  • Reduced on-site hot work
  • Controlled cleanliness environment

Electropolishing & Passivation

Electropolished ASTM A270 tube and passivated surfaces validated to ≤0.6µm Ra — the mirror finish that resists fouling and supports validation.

  • Internal roughness ≤0.6µm Ra
  • Chemical passivation for corrosion resistance
  • Surface-finish verification reports

Material Supply & Sourcing

Direct-mill supply of stainless grades with full documentation — no middleman markups, no traceability gaps between mill and installed weld.

  • 304, 316/316L, 321 & duplex grades
  • EN 10204 3.1 mill test certificates
  • 316/316L for coastal chloride service

Testing & Turnover Documentation

Every project closes with a complete, audit-ready dossier — the evidence your QA and validation teams need to release the system.

  • Hydrostatic & pressure testing
  • Weld logs, boroscopy & Ra records
  • Full material & passivation traceability
Materials

The right grade for every service

Material selection is where hygienic performance is won or lost. We match grade to duty — balancing corrosion resistance, weldability and cost — and back every batch with 3.1 mill certification.

For Qatar's coastal, chloride-heavy atmosphere, 316/316L is our default for corrosive and outdoor service; its molybdenum content resists the pitting that undoes lesser grades.

Grades we supply & weld

  • 304 / 304L — general hygienic & utility service
  • 316 / 316L — coastal, corrosive & product-contact
  • 321 — elevated-temperature stability
  • Duplex — high strength & chloride resistance

Service FAQs

What makes a weld "hygienic"? +
A hygienic weld is full-penetration, smooth and oxidation-free on the product-contact bore. We achieve this with automated orbital TIG welding and 100% inert-gas back purging, then verify by boroscopy — leaving no crevices or discolouration for bacteria to colonise.
Why is back purging 100% necessary? +
Without an inert purge on the inside of the joint, the weld root oxidises ("sugaring"), creating a rough, corrosion-prone surface. Full back purging protects the internal bore so it stays smooth, cleanable and corrosion resistant.
Can you work to our validation and QA requirements? +
Yes. We deliver weld maps, welder qualifications, material 3.1 certs, Ra surface reports, passivation and pressure-test records as a single turnover dossier aligned to your validation protocols.
Do you handle both supply and installation? +
We do. Controlling sourcing, fabrication and installation in one team removes markup layers and traceability gaps, and gives you a single point of accountability from mill to commissioned system.
